Artesian Spas™

Needed to pick up chemicals for spa. & check out new hot tubs. Asked for some advice on things which were answered. They are very helpful in everything related to our spa. You can test out a tub many on display.

You can definitely tell the difference between a business who’s mastered their craft and other competitors who simply care about nothing more than making a quick buck. 10/10 would recommend Pool Brite and the spas they carry, although I cannot speak much on that being that mine is still brand new.

Great buying experience. Tim was very patient and helpful answering questions. The delivery team did a great job with the install and spent a significant amount of time walking through the day to day maintenance of a spa. Very happy with the service.

I own a Pool Brite hot tub and couldn’t be happier, with the tub and the service. Today I had purchased a new pool heater and it was installed. The service guys came on time and did a fantastic job. The team leader explained everything and even stayed long enough to help me with my pool light. Overall as a retired Siemens Medical Engineer on MRI and CT I know the term, good service, and I definitely recognize their good service.

Great experience from start to finish, the knowledge Tim and Rob have is unmatched. They answer questions with experience and honesty. Great tub and price and no pressure. Delivery was absolutely perfect, the whole team was careful, professional and helpful. They labeled the bottles so you know what is needed to keep your tub running good and clean. That’s a nice plus.
