I own a Pool Brite hot tub and couldn’t be happier, with the tub and the service. Today I had purchased a new pool heater and it was installed. The service guys came on time and did a fantastic job. The team leader explained everything and even stayed long enough to help me with my pool light. Overall as a retired Siemens Medical Engineer on MRI and CT I know the term, good service, and I definitely recognize their good service.

Great experience from start to finish, the knowledge Tim and Rob have is unmatched. They answer questions with experience and honesty. Great tub and price and no pressure. Delivery was absolutely perfect, the whole team was careful, professional and helpful. They labeled the bottles so you know what is needed to keep your tub running good and clean. That’s a nice plus. Great team and can’t thank you all enough.

Needed to pick up chemicals for spa. & check out new hot tubs. Asked for some advice on things which were answered. They are very helpful in everything related to our spa. You can test out a tub many on display.

I’m actually glad I shopped around and Pool Brite wasn’t my first stop. You can definitely tell the difference between a business who’s mastered their craft and other competitors who simply care about nothing more than making a quick buck. 10/10 would recommend Pool Brite and the spas they carry, although I cannot speak much on that being that mine is still brand new.

Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Rita. I had questions about my hot tub. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I am a recent hot tub owner and Rita gave me some tips to keep my tub operating safely. I will DEFINITELY return to Pool Brite for all my spa needs.
